Natalia González Martín
Natalia González Martín’s work explores the symbolic aspect of objects and their veneration through a contemporary visual language of still life, renaissance portraiture and religious iconography. González Martín has exhibited her work internationally, including recent solo exhibitions at Gathering, Ibiza (2025); Hannah Barry Gallery, London (2024 & 2022); Vacancy, Shanghai (2024); and Galerie Sébastien Bertrand, Geneva (2023 & 2021). She has completed residencies at Castello San Basilio, Pisticci, Matera (2024); Palazzo Monti, Brescia (2023); and Residencia Cobertizo, Xilotepec (2022). Recent group exhibitions include with Richard Saultoun Gallery, London (2026); Sebastien Bertrand Galerie, Geneva (2025); Spurs Gallery, Beijing (2024); and Cob Gallery, London (2023). González Martín is founder of Subsidiary Projects, a nomadic curatorial platform established in 2017. She holds a Bachelors in Fine Art from City & Guilds, London, UK (2017).
