Gathering returns to MAZE Art Gstaad with a group presentation of works by six artists, including Stefan Brüggemann, Emanuel de Carvalho, Wynnie Mynerva, Sebastian Riemer, Tai Shani and Laurie Smith.

For the third edition of the fair, two of Wynnie Mynerva’s sculptures, Serie Treasures 3 and Serie Treasures 4, will be on display for the first time. Made of Murano Venice Sculpture Glass, her images of contamination and symbiosis appear as small shining treasures. Mynerva’s blown-glass sculpture series recreates amorphous beings—part plant, animal and human. Light, shadow and dense layers of colour manifest a blended future of nature and the universe. Other works from this series have been featured at Frieze London 2025 and during Mynerva’s 2024 solo exhibition at Fondazione Memmo.

Ahead of her exhibition of new work at Kunsthalle Bern, the booth will also feature three of Tai Shani’s artworks, including Faces of Miasma I, a mixed media bouquet sculpture. Shani’s new glass and jesmonite sculpture, Haunted by a Million Small Suns (Cardinal), furthers the spiritual world of deep red, organic shapes and haunting motifs that she cultivated in her 2025 solo exhibition Cardinal at Gathering London. The artist builds upon her signature candle form, now rendered to represent Shani’s interest in bridging the physical and spiritual realms.

Finally, the booth will feature recent works by represented artists Stefan Brüggemann and Emanuel de Carvalho, alongside German photographer Sebastian Riemer and British painter Laurie Smith, both of whom showed for the first time in respective solo exhibitions at Gathering in 2025.
